What is Ju-Jitsu?

Ju Jitsu, sometimes written as Jujitsu or Jiu-Jitsu, is a martial art and self-defense system that originated in Japan. It focuses on grappling and submission techniques, emphasizing the use of leverage and body positioning to overcome an opponent, regardless of their strength or size.


Ju Jitsu techniques involve joint locks, throws, strikes, and immobilizing techniques.
