A typical training session usually consists of warm ups follow up with shadow boxing, technique mastering/conditioning and pad works. Ending off the class with some light sparring.
It's a very laid back atmosphere at Shogun Fight Gym and you will know that our coaches are approachable, highly friendly and humorous. It is never a dull moment in every session.
Never be afraid to make mistakes, as there will always be trainers looking out for you, giving you support and motivation.
